The Taxi vo my Hotel (Hotel Siesta) at Grand Anse Beach was USD 20, or 55 ECD, and took just 10 Minutes.
I went straight to the Beach Grand Anse, and had diner at Umbrellas Beach Bar.
Amazing food. I had local Callaloo Soup and Chicken Jerk with pineapple chutney… so delicious!
Since i wrote to a getyourguide tour operater, if he can make a tour for me, he wrote me at 8PM he found a guy which can the most important point of grenada tour for 3.5 hours for just 75 USD! I thought amazing price, and accepted. I guess cause in May is low tourist season, thats why i made this deal. Also my Hotel siesta was just around 85 USD a night, which is quite affordable.
Grenada – Island Tour

I did a private island tour today for just 75 USD — an absolute bargain because it’s low season.
The driver picked me up at 9 AM and we headed straight into the mountains. We drove through beautiful lush forest, passed the Grand Etang crater lake, and stopped at the highest point of the island (582 meters). From up there you get some really nice views down to the coast.
We continued to Grand Etang National Park, where a monkey actually jumped on my shoulder. There were quite a few souvenir stalls at the scenic stops, but the mountain communities up there looked quite nice.
Next stop was Annandale Waterfall. It’s very touristic with lots of souvenir sellers, the waterfall itself is not huge but still pretty. I didn’t swim, just took some pictures and a video.
After that we went to the House of Chocolate where I bought some 100% cocoa chocolate, and finished the tour at Fort Frederick, which had a great viewpoint over the city and harbour.
The driver then dropped me off at Coconut Beach Restaurant on Grand Anse Beach.
Verdict: For 75 dollars I saw a lot of the island in just a few hours. Really good value.
